Stephanie's overwhelming love for helping others drives her to seek out further opportunities to assist adolescents and adults in need. Stephanie's expertise includes Grief counseling, conflict mediation, crisis intervention, building self-worth and self efficacy, abuse and neglect, anxiety diffusion, parenting for special needs, and community connection. Grief Counseling includes but is not limited to: beloved ones, birth mother support/adoption, miscarriages, loss of a child, suicide, relationships, and pet loss. With a Bachelor's in Counseling, Child Development, and Speech and Hearing Disorders from The University of North Texas, Stephanie uses person-centered approach and seeks opportunities to increase her knowledge, enhancing her ability to serve. In her free time she travels, hula hoops, bakes, roller skates, poetry, and is never far from soaking up some vitamin sea.
