Stephane is a bilingual (Spanish/English) and bi-racial, multimodal wellness practitioner with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/movement therapy (DMT) from Lesley University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Russell Sage College. She values connection and transparency with her clients and has a culturally responsive, person-centered and trauma informed lens with experience in numerous mental health settings and with all ages. She focuses on the unique strengths of each individual to help facilitate growth, build confidence, further self-discovery, awareness, expression, and healing. Stephane has a positive reputation for being innovative and adaptive with her work which can be seen in her creative interventions, passion projects and interests. She enjoys yoga, hiking, dancing, coaching gymnastics, participating in creative projects, making art, attending to her plants and playing with her rescue pup Willow.
