Shavonne Williams has a Master’s level education in Mental Health Counseling and Human Services. She has over twenty years counseling experience with a wide range of clients in a variety of treatment settings. These have included providing counseling in residential program facilities, treatment programs, psychiatric hospitals and programs serving the intellectual disabled population.
Shavonne also has significant experience working with adults who have experienced developmental delays, varying degrees of trauma, substance abuse, dysfunctional family settings, as well as issues related to physical handicaps.
Outside of counseling, she worked as an Executive Director at one of the largest health non-profits in the United States. Shavonne has experience treating adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns. She also has training in behavioral and person-centered counseling services. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports and spending time with family.
