A native of New York, Shaquana Pearson received a Master's degree in Social Work from Long Island University. She has over fifteen years of clinical experience across a variety of settings. Her experience includes working with seniors, adults, and adolescents. Pearson’s experience has taught her that clients know themselves better than anyone. She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy as a collaborative venture in which skills and knowledge work together to approve solutions and overall quality of life. Pearson is committed to improving her community and helping people achieve their full potential. In her free time, she mentors inner-city youth in her community. Her other interests include yoga, traveling, reading, and karaoke, even though she cannot sing.
