Shannon O’Connor-Schlichter holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University. During her undergraduate experience, Shannon discovered the lack of mental health resources available for those in underserved populations. With this, her passion for more accessible mental health care blossomed. She has experience assisting members of the community in maintaining their psychiatric stability with the use of positive coping mechanisms, treatment and support plans, and medication management. She utilizes mindfulness and breathwork, along with other behavioral health techniques, to support individuals on their roads to better mental health. Shannon has dedicated her life and her career to bettering mental health care for all. Shannon is fond of outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, kayaking, dirt biking), reading, thrift shopping, and all things crafting!
