Selma Gonzalez holds a Bachelors in Deaf Rehabilitation and is pursuing a masters degree in counseling. Selma is a first generation American from South Texas who speaks fluently in English and Spanish. As a first generation American, Selma has seen first hand the effects associated with untreated mental health concerns. Selma has spent years working with families and children of all ages. These experiences have propelled her desire to continue to help those that seek mental health support. Selma uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy to provide clients the tools needed to reach their desired goals. In her free time, Selma enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going to church.
