ABOUT Sean Steele

Sean Steele holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Sean has first-hand knowledge of the hurdles mental health issues present in daily life. Navigating the difficult world of healthcare is what sparked his interest in Cerebral and mental health. Sean’s experience includes working with people on their relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms. Sean likes to use techniques like re-framing, normalization, positive self-talk, and identifying underlying causes of symptoms. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), sex therapy, and an ecosystems theory approach to meet clients where they are at in life. Sean is passionate about providing access to mental health and wellness to everyone. In his spare time, he enjoys watching baseball, gardening, and playing classic video games!
