Sarah Williams studied Psychology at Edinboro University and obtained an additional Family Based Mental Health Certification from the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center. Over the last 20 years, she has worked at a residential treatment facility, in schools, in family’s homes and for social service agencies. Her extensive career has afforded her the opportunity to provide therapy and case management services across all age groups, to a diverse population of clients, at all levels of intensity. Sarah is passionate about creating a therapeutic relationship with her clients to ensure that they can feel safe exploring their thoughts and feelings. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and provides strengths based, trauma informed care. Sarah believes that you have the power to help yourself heal, grow, and create change and she strives to support you and help you maximize that potential. For selfcare, Sarah enjoys being active, going on adventures with her family and curling up with a good book and her fur child.
