Samantha holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University with Distinguished Honors.
As a military spouse, Samantha has had the opportunity to work in different clinical settings. This has provided her the experience in treating various mental health concerns such as Anxiety and Stress, Deescalation, adjusting to Life Transitions, Depression, Addictions, Co-dependency, Chronic Illness, and Grief. She is well versed in re-framing, cognitive restructuring, goal-setting, and positive self-talk through the uses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Samantha’s mission is to empower and provide validation of life experiences on the path to personal growth, to create the life you truly desire. She believes everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, catching up on recorded shows and cooking.
