ABOUT Rebecca Stephens

Rebecca Stephens holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. Rebecca has experience working in high schools and residential treatment centers and utilizes therapeutic techniques tailored to her clients which include CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. Rebecca has always been interested in the healing power of psychotherapy and worked as a researcher in mental health outcomes before becoming a therapist. In her free time, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, hiking, and spending time with her two cats.
