Rachael Pidgeon holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Ever since she was little, she has always had a passion to help others and make a difference. Rachael has worked with older adults for over ten years and has experience working with individuals eighteen and over, serving to meet their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. Rachael utilizes a person-centered approach while implementing strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys reading, taking nature walks, and watching movies.
