Pam Waranowicz holds a Certification for Psychiatric – Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is currently completing her last year in graduate school for a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Saybrook University. Pam started her career path at a young age with first-hand knowledge by witnessing abuse, bullying, addiction, death, depression, traumas and realized that people need help, compassion, support, but most important, to be heard. Pam’s experience includes 23 years of nursing, with all levels of mental health and addiction, working to empower people so that their lives can change. Pam has utilized a multitude of techniques to help people and one of her favorites is mindfulness. Pam is a strong advocate to stop the historic stigma attached to mental illness. In Pam’s free time, she loves to play with her cat, spend time with her spouse, children, grandchildren, gardening, learning how to draw, writing children stories with her son, yoga, reading and sitting quietly spending time with herself.
