Pamela Ureña is in the process of receiving her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She has first-hand experience with the hardships of coping with loss, major life changes, and anxiety. Pamela utilizes positive self-talk, mindfulness, solution focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques with clients to work towards alleviating mental health challenges. She has many years of experience working in the mental health field and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and mental well-being. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing with her dogs, being active, and going to the beach!
