Nicole Trottier is a long time health education specialist with a Masters in Public Health, and nearly finished with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with families and individuals for several years successfully addressing Family and Relationship concerns, Communication and boundary setting, Nutritional concerns, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and PTSD through person-centered strength based approaches. In addition to Care Counseling, Nicole also see's clients as a coach once a week. When Nicole is not working with her lovely clients here at Cerebral, she is the Director of Education and Outreach for a non profit that serves Service Members, Veterans, and their families. She is the spouse of a retired Marine and mother to three children. She loves time outdoors and traveling our beautiful country.
