Natalie Munck holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree and is on the path to graduate with her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a family member of first responders and military, she has witnessed the effect trauma has on people and the need for affordable and convenient mental health care. Her experience includes working with children and families struggling with issues concerning abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. She uses solution-focused therapy combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand their emotions and behaviors while creating goals and a realistic plan to achieve those goals. She is passionate about helping others not only cope but, become resilient in all aspects of their life. When not working or in school, she spends her free time outside. She loves to hike, fish, mountain bike, play with her dog, and above all, make others laugh.
