Natalie Fletcher has a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and has worked in the mental health field for nine years. Natalie’s area of expertise is working with those who have experienced trauma. She spent five years as a sexual assault counselor, two years as a domestic violence counselor, and two years working for an inpatient behavioral health hospital. Natalie believes in a collaborative patient centered approach to mental health treatment. She works to empower each client by encouraging feedback and input on mental health care while amplifying their voice to the whole treatment team.
