Nadia’s experience includes a hands-on solution focused approach in working with children and families in which she utilizes re-framing, mindfulness, goal setting and positive self-talk. In addition, Nadia currently provides counseling sessions to help ease the end of life chapter to the geriatric population as they embark a multitude of transitions. Nadia has the ability to facilitate engaging, challenging, and thought-provoking discussion among diverse audiences. Her passion is to meet people where they are and promote all around wellness; mind, body and soul. Nadia’s mantra is: I am, I have, I attract. Which she personally lives by and also utilizes with her clients to promote positive self-talk and identify current positive view points. In her free time, she enjoys being active, traveling, collecting house plants, being creative and hosting celebrations for her loved ones.
