Michelle is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family therapy and has experience in social work. She has witnessed and worked with individuals affected by grief, anxiety, depression, negative self-perception, and different life changes. Michelle has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy and understands the power of one’s inner critic. She is passionate about helping clients find their true selves through acknowledging family challenges, finding their passions/purpose, confidence building, and planning for their futures. She finds joy in implementing her education and experience to help clients manage mental health concerns. For self-care, Michelle enjoys working out, outdoor activities, or DIY art projects.
