Melissa Lett is an associate social worker. She recieved her Master's in Social Work at California State University Bakersfield and a Bachelor's in Criminology Restorative Justice with training in mediation at Fresno Pacific University. She has a strong desire to help her clients achieve success and find solutions to their problems using primarily methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Motivational Interviewing. Her focus is on anxiety and stress reduction, relaxation techiques, breathing techiques, problem solving, building self-esteem and confidence. She is very resourceful, empathetic, and enjoys motivating, inspiring, uplifting and empowering her clients to overcome their circumstances. She enjoys gardening, meditatating, listening to meditation music, gardening, and enjoys crafting using various media as a hobby.
