Alexis Pruitt is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in the state of Texas and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado. She graduated with her Master's in Professional Counseling from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in August of 2021 and is eager to use her training to assist clients with their mental health goals. Alexis has trained using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) but likes to work with clients through a humanistic lens and collaborate on strategies that work best for each individual. She also has experience working with survivors of domestic violence through her time as an advocate at a Women's shelter and is passionate about empowering women. Outside of work, Alexis is an aunt, a cat mom, and an avid plant collector.
