ABOUT Matthew Church

Matt Church holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. As as a working mental health professional, Matt has worked with clients from all walks of life in helping to find meaning in their lives. He has first-hand experience working with depression, anxiety, life changes, and issues stemming from loss and grief. Matt offers a variety of treatment techniques including existential therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation and many others to help his clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and uncover joy and meaning in their lives. Matt strives to advocate for those who have little access to mental health services. In his spare time, he enjoys meditation, reading, cooking, and playing video games.
