Lillian holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She began working in mental health as a victim advocate for immigrant youth and has since worked in outpatient and inpatient mental health settings assisting children living with PTSD to adults living with Schizophrenia. Navigating the coming out process while living with PMDD fueled her passion and commitment to improving access to culturally competent mental health services and demystifying holistic well-being. Her favorite ways to maintain mental, physical, and spiritual wellness include riding her motorcycle, trail skating, meditating, and flying kites at the beach.
