Lesley holds a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University. Lesley has spent the bulk of her therapeutic career in support of individuals and families experiencing homelessness, survivors of intimate partner violence and individuals who identify as LGBTQIA. She is also a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner and owns a small practice offering various access points for individuals and organizations to engage in bodywork services, including sliding scale and barter-based booking. Lesley is trained in both traditional and emerging modalities, including visualization, narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices generally as well as the Hakomi Method, which is a somatic psychotherapy method. She is committed to supporting individuals identifying their own holistic wellness practices through a variety of avenues. Lesley is also an organic farmer and beekeeper engaged in food access efforts in her city and she enjoys kayaking, hiking, yoga, road cycling as well as live music in her free time.
