Leah Gastanaga holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Leah’s experience in mental health includes working with disenfranchised youth, conceptualizing, developing, and operating a substance use disorder center, to assessing and counseling progressive and chronically mentally ill adults, and additional clinical and operational positions in the mental health field. Leah utilizes various tailored modalities for each client including- CBT , psychodynamic therapy, and DBT. Leah strives to ensure all clients are treated as individuals and helps them identify tools specific to them and their lives. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her dog, attending concerts, having or going to dinner parties with her friends, reading, film, art, chocolate, travel, and working out.
