Lana Rodriguez graduated from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance. She has experience working in educational and community settings and has worked with all age groups. She frequently utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to help her clients strive to become the best versions of themselves. Lana believes in a holistic approach by practicing meditation, utilizing coping skills, journaling, and other mindfulness practices. In her spare time, she enjoys reading personal-development books, exercising, going to the beach, and being in nature.
