Kristina Lott holds a Masters in Human Service Counseling from Liberty University. Kristina has first hand experience on the effects of Mental illness and how it can affect the family unit. Witnessing family members struggle with anxiety, depression, Personality disorders, and more is what sparked Kristina's interest in wanting to working with mental health population. Kristina's experience includes working with inmates who were dually diagnosed with mental illness and also working with adults, children, and adolescents on coping skills. Kristina's specialty includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kristina strives to utilize the tools to promote mental well being among her clients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and is a film fanatic!.
