Kindra is currently a Professional Counselor Associate working on her doctorate in Psychology. She takes a collaborative approach to working with individuals, couples, families, and military service members utilizing skills of re-framing, goal-setting, strengths, and finding exceptions to overcome challenges. She uses Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with clients to increase their ability for coping and promoting well-being.
