ABOUT Kelly Taylor

Kelly holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University. Kelly has worked with the mental population for over six years in various capacities and has seen the impact that unresolved and untreated mental health issues can have and how it can negatively impact your life. She has witnessed first hand the negative impacts of untreated depression and this led her to pursue a career in mental health so that she would be able help as many people as she could deal with their mental health issues. She has worked with various mental disorders throughout her career including anxiety, personality, schizophrenia, depression and bi polar disorders and has helped her clients become active members of society again. Kelly utilizes techniques in cognitive behavioral therapies and focuses on person centered therapy in order to treat the whole person as she believes treating the whole person gives the client the best opportunity to long term treatment success. Kelly is driven to use her education and skills to promote positive outlooks on mental health and wellness. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, going on cruises and traveling with her husband.
