Kathy Smith has a Master's Degree in Counseling from Neumann University in Aston, PA. Kathy believes that the secret to happiness is helping others. She is a great listener and strives to meet her clients where they are versus telling them how and where to be. Kathy has enjoyed a career in the human services field for more than a decade, most recently working for a local nonprofit as a pet loss and grief counselor. She has helped people with a range of psychosocial needs, such as the HIV/AIDS population, those struggling with addiction and the homeless. Kathy is experienced in medical case management, crisis intervention and group therapy. Fun fact: Kathy is a huge animal lover. She loves music, tarot and astrology, being outside in nature, and spending time with her family- both with and without fur.
