Kathryn Croft holds a Master of Arts in School Psychology from The Citadel Graduate College. Her experience includes helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and emotion regulation, as well as helping parents navigate when their children receive difficult diagnoses. Kathryn uses mindfulness, re-framing, and goal-setting, as well as techniques to improve communication. Kathryn uses techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and will employ other therapeutic techniques as needed. She enjoys helping people find practical, realistic strategies to cope with and resolve the issues they are experiencing. Kathryn is enthusiastic about helping others improve their mental health outcomes and begin to feel better. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her three children and husband, cooking, and spending time outside.
