Katherine Otte holds a Master’s degree in Psychological and Psychiatric Anthropology from Brunel University in London. Katherine has a passion for helping others overcome fear, anxiety, anger, unwanted behaviors, unhelpful thinking patterns, trauma/abuse, and distress from life changes. She has a background in behavioral therapy and utilizes mindfulness-based interventions as well as a mix of therapeutic techniques to cultivate balance and wellness for her clients. Her specialties also include ptsd, relationship issues, and examining the role that culture plays in mental health. She strives to utilize her education and experience to help others increase their happiness, and make mental healthcare more accessible. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places, spending time in nature, and hanging out with her two cats.
