Julia Zwyth holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ohio State University. Julia has 5+ years of experience working with clients one-on-one, families, groups, and couples to achieve goals and appropriately manage mental health disorders including depression and anxiety. Julia believes maintaining trust and open communication are important factors in creating a healthy client-therapist relationship. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices and Solution Focused Therapy to help guide clients through their circumstances.
