As a military spouse, Jessica mastered the unique challenges of living a highly sacrificial life for a collective goal. She uses her empathetic skills to effectively coach others concerning Relationship Issues, Eating Disorders, Self Esteem and Confidence, Stress Management, Family Conflicts, and Trauma and Abuse.
Jessica has substantial experience in behavior change strategies, coaching for personal empowerment, enhancing resilience, and trauma informed care. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in Resilience as well as multiple credits toward a Doctoral degree. She consistently strives to enhance her counseling practice and education with supplementary classes and trainings.
In her spare time she enjoys yoga, meditation, fitness, baking, reading, theme parks, interior design and fashion.
