Jennifer has a masters degree in clinical and mental health counseling, and is pursuing her doctorate. Jennifer has experience working with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. During her time working in community mental health, she has grown to appreciate the importance of working as part of a team of professionals to ensure quality care for clients. She has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT and motivational interviewing to assess, provide support and provide additional tools for growth and coping. Jennifer utilizes her education to meet clients where they are, and help create meaningful and personalized goals. In her free time she enjoys playing basketball, long-boarding, camping, reading and baking.
