Jennifer Williams is a licensed Social Worker with a masters degree, and twenty years of experience in the mental health field. She understands, from both professional and personal experience, that life can be a struggle. Ms.Williams has been dedicated in helping others improve their quality of life with cognitive behavior techniques to gain positive coping skills, goal setting, reframing negative thoughts, and overall empowering others to be closer to their best selves. Ms.Williams is passionate in being authentic and empathetic in helping others on their journey to self growth.
