ABOUT Jenifer (Jen) Gerlach

Jenifer Gerlach is a proud military spouse who began her career in the Pacific Northwest (PNW) working with youth in foster care at an outpatient mental health clinic. Her passion was quickly ignited leading to her wanting to further her education and earning a master’s degree in psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jenifer has a passion for all individual’s to be able to have access to positive mental health care services. Jenifer’s experience includes crisis intervention, working with individuals with PTSD, anxiety and depression; utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies and goal-setting to aide in building positive coping mechanisms. Jenifer has a passion for helping others to find their best self and let it shine bright. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, cross stitch and is an animal lover.
