Jammie Peterson holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). Jammie has over 13 years of social service experience with 4 of those years focusing as a mental health therapist.
Jammie's experiences includes working within the community at local non-profits to serve those who lack access to basic mental and medical services. Jammie worked as a community mental health therapist and case manager at a local community clinic. Jammie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meditation, goal setting, and psychoeducation. She helps intergrade these interventions to develop positive coping skills to address unresolved depression, anxiety, and trauma within a person’s life.
Jammie’s mission in life is to be able to tackle underlying issues that a person may be going through alone. She works diligently to challenge clients to find their best selves.
In her spare time, she enjoys collecting music, going to live concerts, golfing, singing, and exploring the outdoors (hiking, nature walks).
