Heather Martinez holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayland Baptist University.
She understands the importance of a healthy relationship with your own mental health. She has seen first hand the impact of unresolved mental health issues and how they negatively effect many individuals in our communities today.
Heather’s experience includes consulting with many different individuals using many different forms of therapy. Some include, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Talk Therapy which has helped many individuals learning coping skills over the years. Heather strives to promote mental health and wellness.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, and watching her kids play sports.
