Giulia brings her love of connecting people, nature and animals to all endeavors, even if the only animals present are human, relating in a virtual world. Giulia's holds an MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Spiritual Psychology and has been supporting clients from varied backgrounds as consultant and facilitator since 2003. From time spent working with "at risk" youth, she teaches that labels can be very misguided and may unnecessarily create separation where there can be connection. Are we not all at risk of something? Perhaps, of not being as aware and awake in our way of being as we might be?
Giulia has cultivated a keen awareness and appreciation for “aliveness” from working with animals, particularly wolf dog breeds which assisted her in living more in the moment, slowing down the pace of life. When there is enough inner stillness, and one comes upon a fork in the road, the way forward is evident. She continues to accept that the journey is the lesson and growth is the process that supports her forward momentum.
As a leader, she knows the challenges of running an organization, from striving for personal/professional development, managing a team, to reaching and maintaining a vision. As a mother of three adults, she knows that some of her greatest teachers have been her children and that wisdom is revealed through shared experiences.
It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are. - E.E. Cummings
