ABOUT Georgia Pattison

Georgia Pattison holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Kennesaw State University. Georgia has mostly worked in school settings and as a Crisis Clinician serving the community and connecting those in mental health crisis with appropriate resources and differing levels of care. In both of these settings, she drew from her knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to focus on goal-setting, mindfulness techniques, and emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills. In her spare time, Georgia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs and enjoys running, camping, and mountain biking.
