Genna Crossin graduated from Cappella University with a master's degree in clinical psychology. Genna has direct awareness of the impact of mental health crises, anxiety, depression, and trauma on children through adulthood because of her family's experiences with mental health services in different states. Her interest in mental health education was driven by seeing family member’s struggle. Genna's experience includes inpatient and outpatient treatments such as Crisis Intervention, Life Coaching and Counseling with strength-based and positive approaches. To help in coping processes, she utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with clients.
