Felicia Warfield holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a certified Health and Life Coach. Her experience includes working with individuals and families impacted by chronic stress, dysfunctional relationship dynamics, and maladaptive lifestyle habits who are solution-oriented towards cultivating increased self-awareness, developing diverse coping strategies, and strengthening their relationships with others and self. Felicia values a person-centered approach to collaborate with clients to identify challenges and use flexible, creative thinking to utilize strengths to reach personal goals and improve day to day functioning and overall wellness. She uses a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In her free time, she enjoys oil painting, gardening, cooking, and watching classic Hollywood movies.
