Federico Pirrone holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Kore University of Enna, Italy. In Italy, his home country, he is a Licensed Clinical Counselor studying to become a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.
Federico started taking an interest in mental health and counseling at a young age. He realized soon that his innate empathic listening and communication skills, proving to be beneficial to friends and family members, could be used to help others feel better.
Federico is experienced in depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relational challenges, and neuropsychological rehabilitation. He listens to others actively, respectfully, and without judgement, and he uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, such as relaxing and coping skills’ development exercises, to help them recognize and manage their problems.
Federico believes in the promotion of accessible and proactive mental health treatment and in the empowering collaborative relationship between counselor and client.
In his free time, he loves enjoying moments with his family, watching movies and TV series, learning about new technology, taking long walks, and cooking Italian recipes.
