Farrah earned her Master’s degree from Seton Hall University, and has studied Sociology, Counseling, and Social Work disciplines. As a former Mental Health Care Manager, Farrah recognizes the relationship between having supportive interventions with a client’s treatment compliance. An advocate at heart, Farrah is extremely passionate about helping clients meet their mental health goals in an empathetic, non-judgmental fashion. Farrah has worked with different populations, including college students, dual-diagnosed adults, along with individuals filing for disability due to their mental illness. Farrah was trained in CBT treatment modalities and utilizes a person-centered approach to address client needs. Farrah creates a safe space for individuals seeking affordable mental health support. In her spare time, Farrah enjoys being with family, participating in creating spaces, and is obsessed with the tiny home trend.
