Emily earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas. As someone who is passionate about the mental wellbeing of all people, she has experience helping individuals adjust or cope with the stressors of everyday life and learn to accept and embrace themselves as a unique individual. Emily uses a collaborative, client-centered approach to care. As a certified yoga teacher, she is equipped with the skills to assist people with the mind-body connection. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching tv, playing video games, and practicing yoga.
