Emily Neller holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Emily’s passion for wellness began more than twenty five years ago. She quickly saw that successful lifestyle changes hinge on sustaining motivation levels and maintaining mental and emotional health. To increase her effectiveness in coaching her clients toward lasting behavior change, she pursued and earned a master’s degree in psychology. Across her career, she has helped individuals reach fitness and nutrition goals, make substantial lifestyle changes, fight eating disorders, and grapple with bariatric surgery. Her diverse clientele has ranged from healthy high performers to individuals seeking to overcome emotional, mental and social challenges.
As someone who wants to see others thrive, Emily promotes healthy behavioral changes and provides support and accountability to help individuals reach their full potential.
In her free time, Emily enjoys exercising, reading, watching musicals with her daughter, and playing with her spoiled (but completely adorable) dog.
“A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.” - Tom Landry
