Edenrose Preszler holds a Master’s Degree in Educational and Clinical Counseling from Azusa Pacific University with over 600 hours of clinical counseling experience. Edenrose understands firsthand the challenges that mental disorders can present; in addition, she seeks to break down barriers and stigmas that keep people from receiving the mental health care they deserve. Edenrose’s experience includes working with clients to overcome anxiety and depression. In particular, she has seen the positive impact skills such as re-framing, goal setting, mindfulness, and positive self-talk can have on an individual. She is passionate about incorporating therapeutic techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy into her sessions in order to foster introspection and coping skills. When Edenrose is not working, she enjoys working with clients in her Relationship Coaching business, spending time with her husband, watching a good Netflix series (recommendations are always welcomed!), and working out.
