Donna Wattley-Phang is a Masters Social Worker from Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in the inner city, Donna understands the challenges caused by unresolved mental health issues. Observing people in her community undergo, depression, negative self-perception, and trauma propelled Donna to want to pursue an education in mental health. Donna has over 20 years of experience and has worked in various settings, She has worked with a number of diagnoses, across all age ranges and varying backgrounds. Some of these diagnoses include Anxiety, Depression, Negative self-perception, and Trauma. She utilized Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma System Therapy as well as other evidence-based practices. Donna is passionate about increasing mental health awareness and promoting coping skills to improve mental wellness. During her off time, she enjoys traveling, experiencing other cultures around the world, and capturing the moment with pictures.
