Diani Julye holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Georgia State University. As a former school social worker, Diani has first-hand knowledge of how impactful mental health issues can be on a person’s everyday life. Seeing young adults endure constant depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, and much more is what cultivated her interest in mental health education. Diani’s experience includes meeting with students to provide them with various mental skills such as re-framing negative thoughts, motivation techniques, goal-setting activities, positive self-talk, and more. She used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) daily with students to help with coping mechanisms. Diani strives to utilize her education to promote quality mental health care, and wellness for all populations. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, cooking delicious plant-based meals, exercising, and traveling to new places, especially with breathtaking nature sites!
