As an immigrant from Bulgaria, Diana understands first-hand the challenges of coping with stressful life changes.
Diana has experience in working with a variety of populations from adolescents to adults. Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Interpersonal Therapy are among Diana’s preferred treatment methods along with promoting positive thinking and self-talk.
Diana’s dream is that mental health is accessible to all.
